Frequently Asked Questions about squad-verification

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I verify task completion with evidence before finalizing outcomes?▼

Evidence-based verification ensures task completion accuracy by requiring proof through a structured protocol. You identify verification commands, run them fresh, check full output, and validate claims before finalizing any task outcome.

What is a structured QA verdict format for automated parsing?▼

A QA verdict format standardizes quality assurance outputs into a structured checklist. It enforces protocol compliance by requiring evidence-based verification commands and full output review for automated parsing of task outcomes.

How do I enforce a QA rework loop for tasks requiring accountability?▼

A QA rework loop enforces accountability by mandating evidence-based verification before task finalization. You identify and run verification commands fresh, inspect full output, and validate claims against a structured output checklist.

Can I use evidence-based verification for software engineering tasks without external dependencies?▼

Yes, evidence-based verification operates without external dependencies. It enforces protocol compliance through scripts, requiring you to run verification commands fresh and check full output to validate task claims for accurate outcomes.

What's the best way to prevent unverified claims in task completion reports?▼

Requiring evidence-based verification prevents unverified claims by enforcing a strict protocol. You must identify verification commands, run them fresh, check full output, and provide standardized QA verdicts to finalize task completion.

Why does my task verification protocol require running commands fresh?▼

Running verification commands fresh ensures evidence-based accuracy by capturing current output state. This protocol compliance step prevents stale data from validating task claims, enforcing accountability in final outcomes.
