- Guided SRL wrap cycle: Runs a brief forethought (goal + strategy), performance (mid-session monitoring), and self-reflection (what changed + next step) sequence.
- Phase-based operation: Supports opening, mid-session, closing, or full-wrap modes so you can fit the wrapper to your workflow.
- Metacognitive habit building: Encourages confidence calibration and strategy adjustment at natural breakpoints to improve learning effectiveness.
Use case example: You’re starting a 45-minute study block for a history topic; run the opening to set a specific goal, do a mid-session check to correct a strategy mismatch, then end with a reflection and a next-session goal.
Quick Start
Use the srl-session-wrapper with session_type set to "full-wrap" for subject_or_topic "French Revolution causes".
