Staff-session coordinates multi-person architectural planning and review so PMs can delegate implementation details while ensuring the final plan or findings are rigorously challenged and synthesized.

- Tiered dispatch: supports lightweight single-reviewer routing as well as standard/full multi-debater staff sessions.
- Role-bounded decision making: debaters produce competing positions; a dedicated synthesizer resolves conflicts into a final output without turning into full implementation ownership.
Quick Start
Use staff-session in plan mode to generate a new architecture plan by running: /staff-session --mode plan --tier standard <objectives-or-doc-path>.
