FAQPage Schema

How do I map stakeholders for a social-impact project?▼

Stakeholder mapping identifies affected parties across government, NGOs, and funders to surface equity gaps. You provide explicit project inputs, then receive a stakeholder map, power-interest matrix, and negotiation plan.

What is a power-interest matrix and how does it guide negotiation?▼

A power-interest matrix assesses stakeholder influence and engagement levels to prioritize outreach. This Skill applies the matrix to produce targeted negotiation plans that account for equity gaps and multi-party dynamics.

How do I plan equitable negotiations across multiple parties?▼

Equitable negotiation planning uses MANA and ZOPA frameworks to define acceptable terms and address objections. The workflow includes explicit E4 and E7 equity audits to ensure accountability across government and NGO stakeholders.

Can I use stakeholder mapping for government and NGO policy projects?▼

Yes, this stakeholder mapping handles single- and multi-party contexts across government, NGOs, and funders. It requires explicit project inputs and generates audit-ready outputs validated through equity checks.

What inputs do I need to start stakeholder negotiation planning?▼

You need to provide your project scope and explicit inputs during the handshake prompt. The Skill then generates a stakeholder map, power-interest matrix, and negotiation plan with equity audits for human validation.
