What problem does it solve?

It initializes the Harness Engineering system so the right orchestrators (Boss, Manager, Monitoring, Collector) and required state files are ready before you start creating or executing project work.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Primes the AI runtime roles: Activates Boss AI and prepares on-demand coordination patterns for Manager AI, Monitoring AI, and Collector AI.
  • Creates required state artifacts: Generates doc/AI_list.txt and doc/company_state.json to establish capacity limits, toggles, and operational counters.
  • Validates prerequisites: Ensures the expected folder structure exists (doc/, develope/, add/, report/) and instructs the user to run /createCompany first if not.

Quick Start

Run /startCompany to initialize the Harness Engineering system and generate the doc state files needed for subsequent skills.
