SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Dump conceptual observations, insights, and patterns to the wiki inbox (~/Documents/wiki/raw/inbox/) as timestamped markdown files. The agent decides autonomously when to store. Use when you discover something worth persisting — an insight, a pattern, a design rationale, or a conceptual observation.

Core Features & Use Cases

Autonomously persist conceptual observations to the wiki inbox as timestamped markdown notes.
Follow the file-naming convention YYYY-MM-DD-descriptive-slug.md and store frontmatter for later ingestion.
Capture insights, conceptual observations, reusable patterns, and design rationale to create a durable knowledge base.

Quick Start

Instruct the agent to store a new observation to ~/Documents/wiki/raw/inbox/ using a timestamped filename.

FAQPage Schema

How do I autonomously store AI agent observations to a wiki as timestamped markdown notes?▼

To store AI agent observations autonomously, this Skill captures conceptual insights and saves them as timestamped markdown notes directly to your wiki inbox at ~/Documents/wiki/raw/inbox/ without manual intervention.

What is the best way to capture design rationale and insights into a local knowledge base?▼

The best way to capture design rationale is to autonomously persist these conceptual observations as markdown files with descriptive, timestamped filenames, creating a durable knowledge base for later ingestion.

How do I format markdown files for wiki inbox ingestion from an AI agent?▼

Format markdown files for wiki ingestion using the YYYY-MM-DD-descriptive-slug.md naming convention and include stored frontmatter, enabling seamless later processing of your archived knowledge.

Does this autonomous memory storage approach require manual triggers to save insights?▼

No manual triggers are required. The AI agent decides autonomously when to store a conceptual observation, insight, or pattern to the wiki inbox, systematically archiving knowledge as it is discovered.

Can I use this Skill to persist reusable patterns to ~/Documents/wiki/raw/inbox/?▼

Yes, you can persist reusable patterns, conceptual observations, and design rationale to ~/Documents/wiki/raw/inbox/ by instructing the agent to store new observations using a timestamped filename.

When should I avoid using autonomous markdown notes for wiki memory storage?▼

Avoid using autonomous markdown notes when you need structured database storage or immediate retrieval outside the wiki inbox, as this approach is designed for raw conceptual capture and later ingestion.
