SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Real client wins, failed launches, and founder moments contain multiple publishable content angles, but most of that material evaporates in chat threads because nobody systematically mines it. This Skill turns a naturally told story into distinct, on-brand content angles instead of letting the experience go unused.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Five-type angle taxonomy: Evaluates every story against lesson, contrarian take, framework, proof, and relatable moment angles, returning only the 3-5 that genuinely hold.
  • Brand-voice draft openings: Each angle includes format, channel, brand pillar, and a 2-3 sentence draft opening written in the brand's voice from its profile.
  • Client-safe anonymization: The --client-safe flag is on by default for client stories, stripping names and identifying details and rounding figures.
  • Use Case: A consultant just closed a difficult client engagement. They describe what happened, and the Skill returns four angles — a lesson post, a contrarian take, a framework carousel, and a proof-based case-study seed routed to case-study-plan — plus an honest note that the relatable-moment angle does not hold.

FAQPage Schema
How do I turn a client win into content ideas?

Describe the experience naturally, as you would tell a colleague, and the Skill evaluates it against five angle types: lesson, contrarian take, framework, proof, and relatable moment. It returns the 3-5 angles that genuinely hold, each with format, pillar, and a draft opening.

What content angles can one story produce?

One story can yield up to five angle types: a lesson learned, a contrarian take, a repeatable framework, a proof point with numbers, and a relatable moment. If the story only supports two genuine angles, the Skill returns two and says so rather than padding.

Does story mining anonymize client names and details?

Yes, client anonymization is on by default whenever the story involves a client. The --client-safe mode removes names and identifying details and rounds figures or expresses them as ratios; naming a client requires explicit opt-in.

Can story mining handle regulated or compliance-sensitive industries?

Yes, angles respect the compliance rules in the brand profile, applying the same guardrails as other content. If a HIPAA-adjacent anecdote has no publishable angle, the Skill says so instead of forcing one.

What are the limitations of mining stories for content?

The Skill finds angles but does not write the full pieces; drafting routes to the content-engine skill and strong proof angles route to case-study-plan. It also never invents details, so missing specifics are asked for or worked around.
