SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes scripts (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

Strategic account conversations often start with ambiguous context, drift during live meetings, and leave scattered notes afterward, making follow-through unreliable.

Core Features & Use Cases

Prep-first account packet: Creates an ordered briefing with objective, stakeholder map, opportunities, risks/open loops, agenda, talk track, and key questions.
Selective live guidance: Produces confidence-scored, interrupt-on-need support with suppression of repetitive guidance.
Post-meeting reconciliation: Converts meeting outcomes into commitments, decisions, risk/evidence updates, and durable next-step packets while enforcing consolidation guardrails.

Quick Start

Ask the skill to run in prep mode for an upcoming strategic account meeting and return a client-ready account brief with a talk track and priority questions.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I prepare a strategic account briefing with stakeholder mapping and risk tracking?▼

To prepare a strategic account briefing, run the skill in prep mode to generate an ordered packet containing objectives, a stakeholder map, opportunity and risk tracking, an agenda, and a talk track with priority questions.

Can I get live meeting guidance that suppresses repetitive or low-confidence suggestions?▼

Yes, live meeting support provides confidence-scored, interrupt-on-need guidance that actively suppresses repetitive or low-confidence suggestions, ensuring selective interventions during the call.

What is the best way to convert meeting notes into commitments and next-step packets?▼

The best way to convert meeting notes is using post-meeting reconciliation, which transforms outcomes into commitments, decisions, and durable next-step packets while enforcing consolidation guardrails.

Does strategic account meeting prep require a specific CRM copilot to function?▼

No CRM copilot is required as a dependency. The skill operates independently to map stakeholders, track open loops, and generate meeting packets without needing external CRM integrations.

How does the skill separate observed facts from inferences during strategic account management?▼

The skill enforces confidence gates for non-observed claims, strictly separating observed facts from inferences to prevent unverified data from driving strategic account decisions.

When should I avoid expanding open loops during post-meeting follow-up?▼

You should avoid expanding open loops when the system enforces consolidation over expansion, ensuring post-meeting follow-up focuses on resolving existing commitments rather than generating new risks.
