FAQPage Schema

How do I cascade company strategy to individual contributor OKRs?▼

Cascading company strategy to individual contributors involves mapping executive goals down to team OKRs to ensure alignment. This process uses a playbook to guide strategy mapping and identify orphan goals or coverage gaps across teams.

What are orphan goals and how do I detect them in my OKR hierarchy?▼

Orphan goals are team OKRs that lack a clear link to higher-level company strategy. You can detect orphan goals by running automated alignment checks with your OKR data to surface misalignment between execution and strategic intent.

How do I identify cross-functional conflicts and silos in strategy execution?▼

Can I use an automated script to check OKR alignment and generate a report?▼

Yes, you can run an automated alignment checker script with your OKR JSON file to generate a live report. This automated check quantifies strategy alignment and surfaces actionable gaps between executive intent and team execution.

What is the best way to run a cross-functional alignment workshop for OKR realignment?▼
