SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes scripts (resource) and references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This skill translates complex social impact goals into structured, equity-aware planning workflows. It guides governments and OSCs through multi-horizon strategy design with explicit human checkpoints to ensure responsible decision-making.

Core Features & Use Cases

Supports planning across 3 horizons (H1/H2/H3) with a unified method to derive KPIs/OPIs from objectives.
Builds a value tree mapping drivers (controllable, influenceable, observable) and a governance plan (data sources, frequency, owners, bias mitigation).
Enforces equity as a core criterion in prioritization and guarantees human-in-the-loop validation at key checkpoints.

Quick Start

Provide your organization’s mission, priority audience, vulnerable groups, non-negotiables, and objective outcomes, then trigger the full 9-step strategic-planning workflow.

FAQPage Schema

How do I translate social impact goals into measurable indicators and a governance plan?▼

Strategic planning for social impact translates mission-driven objectives into multi-horizon goals by mapping controllable and influenceable drivers to derive measurable KPIs and build a governance plan with defined data sources, frequency, and owners.

What is the best way to incorporate equity criteria into NGO strategic planning?▼

Equity is enforced as a core criterion within the prioritization framework, requiring you to name vulnerable groups and define non-negotiables to ensure that strategic planning actively accounts for social impact equity rather than treating it as an afterthought.

How do I set up multi-horizon goals for a government social impact initiative?▼

You can design strategies across three horizons (H1/H2/H3) by providing your mission, priority audience, and objective outcomes, which the workflow then structures into multi-horizon goals with a unified method for deriving measurable indicators.

Do I need to define a specific priority audience before starting strategic planning for social impact?▼

Yes, the workflow demands a clear mission, a specific priority audience, named vulnerable groups, and a weighted prioritization framework as explicit prerequisites to produce actionable, human-validated strategic plans.

Can I automate the entire strategic planning workflow without human validation checkpoints?▼

No, the workflow enforces human-in-the-loop validation at key checkpoints to ensure responsible decision-making, preventing full automation of the social impact planning process and requiring manual review of the generated governance structures.
