FAQPage Schema

How do I create an AI delegation prompt for a task I've been avoiding?▼

To create an AI delegation prompt for an avoided task, you undergo a structured interview to surface the messy or uncertain work and convert it into a complete handoff prompt. This produces a structured template with TASK, CONTEXT, INPUTS, DELIVERABLE, ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA, and CONSTRAINTS for copy-pasting into tools like ChatGPT or Claude Code.

What is the best way to decompose a messy workload for an AI agent?▼

The best way to decompose a messy workload for an AI agent is to run a structured interview that identifies high-value avoidance tasks and translates them into executable prompts. You get a ready-to-hand-off prompt containing specific deliverables, acceptance criteria, and constraints, ensuring clear task decomposition.

Can I use this structured interview for personal productivity and team workflow handoffs?▼

Yes, you can use this structured interview for both personal productivity and team workflow handoffs. It is designed to surface high-value tasks you are avoiding and convert them into complete AI delegation prompts, making it applicable whenever you need to delegate messy or uncertain work to an AI agent.

How does the task handoff interview convert insights into an executable AI prompt?▼

The task handoff interview converts insights into an executable AI prompt by asking about your current workload to surface avoided tasks, then structuring those insights into a complete delegation template. It outputs a prompt with defined START HERE instructions, inputs, deliverables, and constraints for immediate use.

What components are included in the generated AI delegation prompt?▼

The generated AI delegation prompt includes structured sections for TASK, CONTEXT, INPUTS, DELIVERABLE, ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA, CONSTRAINTS, and START HERE. These components ensure the AI agent receives a complete, executable handoff prompt with clearly defined parameters and expected outcomes.

When should I use a structured prompt generator for AI task delegation?▼

You should use a structured prompt generator for AI task delegation when you are stuck in indecision about what to hand off next or when a task feels too messy or fragile to delegate manually. It helps surface high-value avoided work and turns it into a ready AI handoff.
