High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I coordinate multi-agent planning to reach consensus on a complex project?▼

Cross-specialist consensus is achieved through iterative rounds of drafting, reviewing, and refining contributions from multiple specialist subagents. A status tracker enforces dependencies and convergence criteria to produce a final master plan.

What is the structured workflow for cross-specialist collaborative planning?▼

The collaborative planning workflow progresses through structured phases: drafting, reviewing, refining, and master planning. Role-based contributions from diverse domains are tracked transparently to ensure all specialists converge on a unified plan.

Do I need plan templates and file-based coordination to orchestrate multi-agent workflows?▼

Yes, multi-agent orchestration requires plan templates, file-based coordination, and a status tracker. These components enforce iterative rounds, manage dependencies, and validate that consensus criteria are met across participating specialists.

Can I assign specific expert roles during the drafting phase of a consensus workflow?▼

Yes, you can assign expert specialists to the drafting phase when starting a new planning session. This supports role-based contributions from diverse domains, allowing each specialist to provide input before cross-review begins.

What's the best way to track decisions during multi-disciplinary plan refinement?▼

Multi-disciplinary plan refinement uses a status tracker to enforce rounds and dependencies, ensuring traceable decisions throughout the iterative process. Transparent convergence tracking captures all deliberations leading to the final master plan.

When should I not use iterative multi-agent consensus for project planning?▼

Iterative multi-agent consensus should be avoided for simple, single-domain tasks lacking cross-disciplinary dependencies. It is designed specifically for complex multi-disciplinary planning where cross-review and structured deliberation are necessary.
