What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps legal teams triage and respond to a newly received court order or information/document request by classifying it, analyzing burden and confidentiality risks, and producing a structured response plan aligned to applicable procedural deadlines.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Classification & routing: Determines whether the request is a court subpoena/document order, a prosecutor subpoena, an administrative regulator inquiry (e.g., competition/SEC), a tax-related information request, or an opposing-party matter, then routes to the right workflow (including stopping and escalating for serious criminal/prosecutorial matters).
- Deadline + risk analysis: Extracts key fields (issuer, case/file number, requested document categories, effective time limits) and performs an initial scope/burden/confidentiality (attorney-client privilege, KVKK personal data, trade secret) assessment to reduce the risk of missing strict deadlines or over-disclosing.
- Objection framework + compliance plan: Generates an objections framework (for later counsel conversion into a final filing) and a compliance plan that specifies what may be produced, what must be redacted/masked, which systems/personnel are implicated, and how to deliver (e.g., UYAP/KEP/CD).
- Portfolio cross-check: Checks the local litigation portfolio log to associate the inbound document with an existing matter (or creates a new inbound triage artifact when appropriate).
Quick Start
Use the subpoena-triage skill on the attached or provided subpoena document path, e.g., run it with the file path and (optionally) a short slug to generate the triage output and timeline.
