SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill acts as the central orchestrator for a complete systematic review project, guiding researchers from an initial idea to a publication-ready manuscript and ensuring consistent structure and process adherence.

Core Features & Use Cases

Unified project scaffolding: Creates and organizes the full folder structure for every stage (idea, question, protocol, search, screening, extraction, RoB, synthesis, GRADE, and manuscript).
Progress tracking & automation: Maintains stage statuses, delivers next-action guidance, and coordinates specialized skills (research-question, protocol-builder, pubmed-query, screening, extraction, risk-of-bias, meta-analysis, GRADE, manuscript-writer).
On-demand guidance: Acts as the MAIN entry point for any systematic review project, enabling teams to resume, status-check, and automate workflow.

Quick Start

Use the Systematic Review Orchestrator to initialize a new project with the topic of your choice and follow the guided prompts through all stages.

FAQPage Schema

How do I manage a complete systematic review workflow from idea to manuscript?▼

A systematic review workflow can be managed end-to-end by initializing a centralized project scaffold that tracks progress from your initial idea to a publication-ready manuscript. This approach enforces consistent folder structures, stage statuses, and guided prompts across all review phases.

What is PRISMA-compliant reporting and how does a systematic review workflow enforce it?▼

PRISMA-compliant reporting ensures your systematic review meets international transparency standards. A guided workflow enforces this by applying consistent project scaffolding and tracking progress across each stage, ensuring your systematic review remains PRISMA-compliant from protocol to manuscript.

Can I use this systematic review orchestrator to prepare PROSPERO and OSF registrations?▼

Yes, you can prepare PROSPERO and OSF registrations directly within the systematic review workflow. The orchestrator generates registration-ready protocols and maintains trackable progress from your research question through protocol development.

How do I coordinate evidence synthesis stages like screening and risk-of-bias assessment?▼

Evidence synthesis stages like screening and risk-of-bias are coordinated through a centralized systematic review orchestrator. It automatically routes your project to specialized skills for literature search, extraction, meta-analysis, and GRADE assessment while maintaining a unified folder structure.

Does this systematic review workflow require specialized skills for PubMed queries and meta-analysis?▼

The systematic review workflow coordinates specialized skills for PubMed queries, meta-analysis, and manuscript writing. You do not need to manually switch contexts; the orchestrator automatically delivers next-action guidance and triggers the appropriate specialized skill for each stage.
