What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps you draft a legally compliant “notice-takedown” or a “counter-notice” under China’s Information Network Dissemination Rights Protection framework, and triage incoming takedown notices to decide the next safest option.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Notice drafting (send): Produces a notice that includes required statutory elements for requesting removal or link disconnection, while pushing you to verify fair-use and authorization gates before drafting.
- Notice triage (respond): Extracts key fields from the received notice, evaluates licensing/fair-use/notice defects/process compliance, and routes to options such as compliance, counter-notice, negotiation, or ignore.
- Counter-notice drafting (counter): Drafts a counter-notice that seeks restoration and includes required elements plus a post-submission risk “loud gate” to ensure you’re prepared for possible legal follow-up.
- Scope & jurisdiction labeling: Reminds you to flag non-China scenarios where the specific regulatory mechanism may not fit.
