What problem does it solve?

Talok's buildings feature set unifies the management of entire buildings, wrappers, and their lots, enabling owners to model, configure, and govern multi-property assets without fragmentation.

  • Architecture of buildings, building_units, and properties with ownership_type full or partial to support standalone properties and coproprieties.
  • Wizard-driven creation flow (type 'immeuble') that atomically creates building metadata, associates lots, and establishes units for floor/position layouts.
  • Hub-like managerial pages and API routes that centralize leases, documents, and invoices per building and per lot, while clearly separating syndic governance when ownership is partial.

Quick Start

Run the owner building wizard to create a new building and its associated lots, defining ownership_type and configuring initial settings.
