SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill provides real-time visibility into complex, multi-phase workflows, transforming opaque processes into transparent, trackable journeys for the user.

Core Features & Use Cases

Progress Visibility: Users can see current phase, remaining phases, task status (pending, in-progress, completed), and overall progress percentage.
Workflow Management: Manages iteration loops, tracks parallel tasks, and handles task dependencies.
Use Case: For a complex software development workflow with 8 phases, this Skill ensures the user always knows exactly which phase is active, how many tasks are complete, and what the next steps are, preventing confusion and reducing perceived wait times.

Quick Start

Use the task-orchestration skill to track the progress of the current workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions about task-orchestration

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I track progress for multi-phase workflows with parallel tasks?▼

Orchestrate multi-phase workflows by managing task creation, updates, and status tracking through a dedicated Tasks system API. This enables real-time progress visibility for iteration loops, parallel execution, and task dependencies, keeping users informed of active phases and completion status.

What is task orchestration for complex software development workflows?▼

Task orchestration coordinates complex multi-phase processes by managing task creation, updates, and dependencies. It transforms opaque operations into transparent, trackable journeys, ensuring users know the active phase, completed tasks, and next steps in software development workflows.

Can I use task orchestration to monitor iteration loops and task dependencies?▼

Yes, task orchestration manages iteration loops, tracks parallel tasks, and handles task dependencies. It provides real-time visibility into pending, in-progress, and completed task statuses, reducing confusion and perceived wait times during complex process execution.

What's the best way to get real-time progress visibility for complex agent coordination?▼

Achieve real-time progress visibility by using task orchestration to manage status tracking via a dedicated Tasks system API. It displays current phase, remaining phases, task status, and overall progress percentage for complex multi-phase processes involving agent coordination.

How do I start tracking workflow execution status for pending and completed tasks?▼

Start tracking workflow execution by applying task orchestration to manage task creation, updates, and status via a Tasks system API. It provides immediate feedback on pending, in-progress, and completed tasks, satisfying requirements for transparent workflow execution.

When should I not use a dedicated task management API for workflow progress tracking?▼

Avoid using task management APIs for workflow progress tracking if your process is single-phase or lacks parallel execution, iteration loops, and task dependencies. It is designed specifically for complex multi-phase workflows requiring transparent execution and user feedback.
