SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

使用WBS方法将系统设计文档分解为层次化、可执行的任务清单，以提升任务的可理解性、可追溯性和验收充分性。

Core Features & Use Cases

Quick Start

读取体系设计与架构文档，生成一份完整的WBS级任务清单供后续Sprint执行。

FAQPage Schema

How do I break down system design documentation into an actionable task list?▼

Decompose system design documentation into an actionable task list by applying the WBS method to structure tasks hierarchically from System to Phase to Task, ensuring traceability and clear acceptance criteria.

What is WBS task planning for multi-system projects with dependencies?▼

WBS task planning for multi-system projects organizes work into a hierarchical structure with explicit dependencies, inputs, outputs, and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability aligned to PRD references throughout execution.

How do I ensure traceability between PRD references and WBS task breakdowns?▼

Ensure traceability between PRD references and WBS task breakdowns by aligning each decomposed task with system design and architecture documents, forming a complete traceability chain for cross-team collaboration and change management.

Can I generate a WBS task list for complex projects with cross-team dependencies?▼

You can generate a WBS task list for complex multi-system projects by structuring tasks with defined dependencies, estimates, and acceptance criteria, guiding teams from architecture overview through to verification.

What's the best way to structure project tasks for phased execution and review?▼

Structure project tasks for phased execution and review by organizing them into a System, Phase, and Task hierarchy, explicitly defining inputs, outputs, and dependencies for each stage to facilitate effective evaluation.

How to create a work breakdown structure with acceptance criteria and estimates?▼

Create a work breakdown structure with acceptance criteria and estimates by decomposing system designs into hierarchical tasks, producing a complete list that includes defined inputs, outputs, and PRD-aligned traceability.
