Consolidates scattered legacy task files into a single canonical TASKS.md, enabling centralized task tracking and easier governance.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Detect legacy task files across multiple locations (e.g., docs/planning/06-tasks.md, docs/tasks.md, task.md) and consolidate them into root TASKS.md with deduplication.
  • Never modifies the original legacy files; outputs a migration summary and optionally merges into an existing TASKS.md after user confirmation.
  • Generates a Migration Report detailing sources, deduplication outcomes, and the migration date.

Run /tasks-migrate to consolidate all legacy task files into TASKS.md.
