What problem does it solve?
When LT asks Codex to run, inspect, or summarize the TBM Play-Gate quality check for a specific JJ or Buggsy route, this Skill prevents duplicated or inconsistent rubric logic by delegating to the repo’s canonical Play-Gate contract.
