💡 This Skill includes scripts (resource) and references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill ensures the authenticity and accuracy of literature leads before they are cited or integrated into the project, mitigating the risk of incorporating incorrect or misleading information.

Core Features & Use Cases

Literature Lead Verification: Confirm the existence and accuracy of literature leads (DOI, arXiv ID, etc.) against authoritative sources.
Zotero Integration: Create or update Zotero entries for verified literature.
Literature Note Creation: Generate or update literature notes with metadata for further reference.
Paper Target Tagging: Assign paper targets to ensure cross-referencing and avoid orphan notes.
Claim Relevance Recording: Record the relevance of sources to specific claims in the project.
Sub-Agent Dispatching: Delegate literature scans to specific sub-agents with explicit search tooling and avoidance lists.
Escalation Logic: Escalate or stop the process if metadata mismatches or unsupported claims are found.

Frequently Asked Questions about tda-literature-verification

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I verify academic literature leads before citing them?▼

Verify literature leads by comparing identifiers like DOI or arXiv ID against authoritative sources to confirm existence and accuracy. This process mitigates the risk of incorporating incorrect or misleading information into your research project.

Can I integrate verified literature leads directly into Zotero?▼

Yes, you can integrate verified literature leads directly into Zotero. The process automatically creates or updates Zotero entries and generates corresponding literature notes with metadata for further reference.

How do I avoid orphan notes when managing literature metadata?▼

To avoid orphan notes, assign paper targets during literature note creation to ensure cross-referencing. This also records the relevance of sources to specific claims within your project.

What happens if there is a metadata mismatch during literature verification?▼

If a metadata mismatch or unsupported claim is found during literature verification, the process includes escalation logic that will escalate or stop the process entirely to prevent inaccurate data integration.

How do I delegate literature scans to sub-agents?▼

Delegate literature scans by dispatching them to specific sub-agents equipped with explicit search tooling and avoidance lists. This ensures targeted and controlled information retrieval for verification.
