What problem does it solve?

This Skill removes the chaos of tracking work across vault notes, Drive docs, calendar commitments, email action items, and Slack conversations by producing a single, team-visible kanban on Slack.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Multi-source task aggregation: Pulls tasks from Obsidian KANBAN_VIEW.md, Google Drive Active Tasks, Google Calendar (today’s commitments), Gmail (action items/VIP contacts/meeting summaries), and Slack DMs, group DMs, threads, and project channels.
  • Slack Canvas kanban board: Builds and maintains a six-column (plus Done) Slack Canvas board with P0/P1 column limits and consistent assignment formatting for team visibility.
  • Completion reconciliation model: Treats both Obsidian and the Slack Canvas as authoritative for checked completion state, moving completed items to In Review for reviewer confirmation rather than directly to Done.

Quick Start

Say “team kanban” to generate a fresh Slack Canvas kanban board and post the daily digest to #general with the current P0, blocked, and P1 highlights.
