SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Orchestrate a UI feature development by coordinating UX-designer, ui-programmer, and art-director through the full feature lifecycle from concept to polish.

Core Features & Use Cases

Cross-role collaboration: defines roles, responsibilities, and handoffs for UI features.
Pipeline-driven workflow: supports phases from UX design to implementation and review, with phase-specific tasks and gates.
Use Case: when building a new in-game UI screen, run the pipeline to wireframe, implement, and polish with consistent art and accessibility.

Quick Start

Provide a UI feature brief and let the skill coordinate UX-designer, ui-programmer, and art-director through the entire development pipeline.

Frequently Asked Questions about team-ui

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I coordinate a UI team through design handoffs and implementation?▼

UI team coordination requires a structured pipeline that delegates tasks across UX-designer, ui-programmer, and art-director roles. This skill orchestrates that pipeline from wireframe creation through implementation to final polish, handling handoffs and review phases automatically.

What is the best way to manage end-to-end UI feature development across multiple platforms?▼

End-to-end UI feature development is managed through a phased pipeline with defined gates between wireframe, implementation, and review stages. The skill coordinates role-specific tasks for each phase, ensuring consistent art and accessibility across platforms.

Can I use this workflow for building a new in-game UI screen from scratch?▼

Yes, building a new in-game UI screen is a core use case. You provide a UI feature brief, and the pipeline coordinates the UX-designer for wireframes, ui-programmer for implementation, and art-director for final polish through a structured task delegation loop.

Do I need a defined pipeline structure to coordinate UX designers and UI programmers?▼

A defined pipeline with structured phases is required. The skill relies on phase-specific task delegation and a review loop at the end to coordinate handoffs between UX-designer, ui-programmer, and art-director effectively throughout the feature lifecycle.

How does the design review loop work for UI features?▼

The design review loop operates at the end of the pipeline, evaluating the implemented UI against art direction and accessibility standards. It uses the Task tool to delegate review responsibilities, ensuring the art-director validates the final polish before completion.

What roles are supported for cross-role collaboration in UI development?▼

Cross-role collaboration supports three defined roles: UX-designer for wireframes, ui-programmer for implementation, and art-director for visual polish. The skill defines responsibilities and handoffs between these roles across the full development lifecycle.
