What problem does it solve?
Prevents accidental or unreviewed Telegram messages to people by adding a human-in-the-loop approval step before any real outbound send occurs.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Human reaction gate (HITL): Drafts are posted to a private review chat and only promoted to a real send after a reviewer reacts with 👍, ❌, or ⏳ (delay).
- Stateful draft lifecycle with persistence: Tracks pending, sent, revise, deferred, and expired states via a jsonl ledger to ensure nothing silently drops.
- Safety controls and operational guardrails: Supports a kill-switch mode (drafts visible but sends halted), inherits rate limiting behavior for the review chat, warns when a PII redactor is missing, and appends full audit transitions to a swarm log.
