What problem does it solve?
Evaluates and scores procurement tenders against Differgroup's company profile and bid criteria. Use this skill whenever the user wants to evaluate, filter, score, or prioritize tenders. Also trigger when the user asks whether a specific tender is worth pursuing, wants to assess relevance of procurement opportunities, or needs help deciding which tenders to bid on. This skill takes tender data (from the ungm-scraper skill or any other source, including raw pasted text) and returns a structured evaluation. Works with tenders in any language.
