What problem does it solve?

This capability identifies and quantifies transcription factor occupancy from ATAC-seq footprint analyses, enabling rigorous validation of open-chromatin signals by measuring actual TF binding across conditions.

  • TOBIAS-based pseudobulk workflow (ATACorrect, ScoreBigwig, BINDetect) for differential TF binding.
  • Optional support for HINT-ATAC and Signac Footprint() visualization to corroborate occupancy findings.
