What problem does it solve?

It eliminates the time spent hunting for scattered ticket details by automatically retrieving the relevant context for a given Jira, Confluence, or GitHub reference.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Auto-load ticket context: Triggers on Jira keys, Atlassian browse/wiki URLs, GitHub issue/PR URLs, and in-repo short refs like #123.
  • Structured retrieval with summaries: Returns title, summary, acceptance criteria/definition of done, linked references, and recent activity in a consistent format.
  • Degrades safely when integrations fail: Falls back to raw fetch approaches when Atlassian MCP is unavailable and surfaces errors (without fabrication) for auth and other failures.
