The skill enables teams to convert planning context from ongoing conversations into a complete, structured spec, eliminating the risk of losing decisions or duplicating drafting effort.

- Synthesize the planning context from the conversation into a structured spec with a runnable plan slug and plan directory scaffold.
- Derive or accept a plan slug, scaffold the directory (e.g. .ai/plans/{slug}/tasks) and create a learnings file, then write a complete spec.md using a standard template.
