SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes scripts (resource) and references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This skill solves the disconnect between AI agents and creative coding environments by providing a direct, tool-based interface to control TouchDesigner, eliminating the need for manual network building and parameter tweaking.

Core Features & Use Cases

Native MCP Integration: Execute 36 specialized tools to create operators, wire nodes, and set parameters programmatically.
Real-time Visuals: Build audio-reactive systems, GLSL shaders, and complex 3D scenes using natural language commands.
Use Case: A user can command the agent to build a complete audio-reactive feedback loop with a specific GLSL shader and camera rig, which the agent then constructs and wires automatically in the TouchDesigner network.

Quick Start

Use the touchdesigner-mcp skill to create a noiseTOP connected to a nullTOP in the project1 network.
