What problem does it solve?

Trade Baseline v2复盘工作助手技能（精简入口版）。Agent 可通过本 skill 完成完整复盘闭环： (1) 同步市场客观基线；(2) 记录交易操作并自动评估； (3) 自动聚合日/周/月复盘 + 历史模式洞察；(4) 写入独立复盘日志报告； (5) 在编辑覆盖 / 重新聚合 / 清空重推 / 单条删除多接口间正确选择； (6) 写入「明日交易计划 + 风险评估卡」把复盘转成事前评估和建议（计划标的 / 仓位档位 / 高风险动作 / 注意信号），不强制下单； (7) 盘中买入风险评估：拉外部行情 / 历史走势并结合次日交易计划 + 风险评估卡 + 战法，输出 REJECT/WAIT/ALLOW_SMALL/ALLOW 四档建议； (8) 管理"下一交易日交易计划"、持仓计划卡和"风险信号"检测，把手动交易纳入评估和复盘闭环； (9) 内置聊天通道（OpenAI 兼容）+ 只读工具，agent 可在面板里直接调内部 API / 行情 / skill 文档。 详细 SOP 与接口手册按需读取 skill/ 子目录下对应文件。 BASE_URL 默认生产地址 http://vzil1451410.bohrium.tech:50001。
