The Skill maps business keywords to Nice Classification NCL13-2026 classes and outputs layered recommendations: core classes to protect now, defensive classes, and optional reserve classes, each with a stated rationale.

The Skill evaluates absolute grounds (descriptiveness, prohibited signs) and relative grounds (prior trademark conflicts) separately, then synthesizes an overall risk grade. Relative grounds require official CNIPA search evidence; without it, that dimension is marked unsearchable and the overall grade cannot be low.
