What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps IT Managers understand what happened during email triage by summarizing volume, routing, SLA performance, and remaining risk items in a single daily (or weekly) view.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Email volume and read-state analysis: Quantifies received vs. unread emails to reveal potential missed items and backlog risk.
  • Jira correlation and tier breakdown: Summarizes how many items were auto-resolved, routed to Jira, escalated to security, and dispatched to specialist agents.
  • SLA compliance and operational anomalies: Calculates resolution timeliness by priority and flags unread/aging items or suspicious routing gaps for review.
  • Use case: After a suspected outage or high-volume day, generate an end-of-day report to validate triage effectiveness and identify misclassified or unresolved tickets.
