• Decision deliverables: Writes a structured markdown deliverable plus an interview.json and manifest.json for downstream rendering and execution-pipeline handling.
• Optional external distribution: Can optionally push the artifact to SharePoint, create Asana review tasks, record to Snowflake, and send emails/calendar events via configured Seren gateway publishers.
