Reproducing intermittent or topology-specific OpenShift edge bugs is time-consuming because engineers must map the Jira issue to the right two-node HA variant, deploy it, trigger the condition, and collect actionable evidence.

- Topology-aware deployment and monitoring: Deploys an arbiter (TNA) or fencing (TNF) cluster and monitors during install and after the cluster becomes ready.
