  • Seedance-driven action generation: uses seedance-2.0 to produce per-clip SUBJECTS blocks, environments, audio policies, and style prompts that maintain a consistent silhouette and painterly look.
  • GPT character-generation prompts: designs diverse cast with silhouette-lock references to minimize drift across shots.
  • Reference gate & quality control: enforces reference checks, continuity, and diegetic audio constraints before rendering.
  • End-to-end pipeline: intake → scenarist → art-director → editor, with post-render music and final composition.

Quick Start

Provide a brief subject and high-level brief to initialize intake, then let the scenarist generate SUBJECTS blocks and seedance prompts for the first clip.
