Serial execution of implementation tasks is achieved by reading an approved plan, extracting task data, and dispatching each task one at a time to unac-developer. It updates a progress file and per-task TODOs throughout the orchestration.

Tracking progress during task dispatch is managed by creating and updating a dedicated progress file. This file monitors task status while the system serially executes each implementation task extracted from the approved plan.

An approved implementation plan is required before dispatching tasks. The mechanism activates after plan approval at Gate C, reading the _implementation_plan.md file to enumerate tasks and convert them into code deterministically.

Global build verification after serial task execution is performed automatically once all tasks are dispatched. The system runs a final build check, formats the verification results, and prepares the handoff for the next phase.

Serial task dispatch limitations include its deterministic one-at-a-time execution model, meaning tasks cannot run in parallel. It strictly requires an approved plan and operates by dispatching one task per iteration in sequential order.
