  • Read active task files: Scans every markdown file in docs/tasks/active/.
  • Detect completion sentinel: Looks for a ## Completion section and parses Status: and Summary: fields.
  • Update plan and archive: Adjusts the project plan task status, moves completed files to an archive, and logs notes.
  • Idempotent operation: Safe to run repeatedly without re‑executing already completed tasks.
