Designing comprehensive and aligned user journeys across multiple expert teams can be time-consuming and error-prone. This skill automates collaboration among five specialized agent teams to produce structured, cross-validated journey maps and a roadmap, ensuring consistency with product goals.

• Parallel, multi-agent journey design: five agents work in concert to research, draft, and validate journeys for multiple user types.
• Persona automation or manual input: auto-detect personas from a persona file if available, otherwise support manual persona entry.
• Rich artifacts: context.md, log.md, journeys/journey-01.md..., insights/cross-analysis.md, insights/dev-roadmap.md.
• Cross-analysis and roadmap: derive insights across journeys and generate a prioritized development roadmap.
• Use case: create five journeys with 5 phases (Awareness, Consideration, First Use, Habit, Advocacy) and produce a cross- journey analysis.

Quick Start

Describe product information and target user profiles, initialize the user-journey team, and run the five agents in parallel to produce journey-01.md through journey-05.md under the project directory.
