The Skill accepts CSV files, Excel spreadsheets, survey responses, interview transcripts, and other research data files. It reads the provided files directly and extracts demographic patterns, motivations, and behaviors from them.

This Skill generates exactly three personas, which balances coverage of user diversity against decision-making focus. Each persona is designed to be distinct and non-overlapping, with data gaps flagged for further research.
