Generate 3-5 prioritized user tasks per activity to support MVP planning and incremental releases.
Produce a structured output including a full story map and three release slices (Walking Skeleton, Release 2, Release 3) to guide storytelling and story-writing.
Use cases include starting a new product, reframing an existing backlog, aligning cross-functional teams, and planning MVPs.

Quick Start

Run a two-hour workshop using the provided facilitation agenda to build a backbone, populate tasks, and define three release slices.
