SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes scripts (resource) and references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill addresses the complex challenge of coordinating a large, multi-agent system to execute a phased software development project within a strict timeline and defined architectural constraints.

Core Features & Use Cases

Hierarchical Swarm Management: Orchestrates a 15-agent mesh network with a queen coordinator.
Phased Execution: Manages parallel and sequential task execution across security, core, integration, quality, performance, and deployment domains.
Dependency Tracking: Implements sophisticated dependency management to prevent deadlocks and ensure logical task ordering.
Use Case: A development team needs to implement a major software version (v3) involving multiple specialized agents. This Skill ensures all agents work in parallel where possible, dependencies are met, and the project stays on its 14-week schedule.

Quick Start

Initialize the 15-agent v3 swarm for implementation.

Frequently Asked Questions about V3 Swarm Coordination

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I coordinate multiple agents for parallel software development?▼

Coordinate multiple agents for parallel software development using a hierarchical mesh swarm with a queen coordinator. This orchestrates 15 agents across security, core, and integration domains to execute tasks in parallel while managing dependencies to prevent deadlocks.

What is a hierarchical mesh swarm for software implementation?▼

A hierarchical mesh swarm for software implementation is a 15-agent network managed by a queen coordinator. It organizes parallel and sequential execution across specialized domains like security, core, integration, quality, performance, and deployment to ensure structured phased delivery.

Can I use a multi-agent swarm to manage GitHub milestones and issue tracking?▼

Yes, you can use this multi-agent swarm to manage GitHub milestones and issue tracking. The swarm integrates directly with GitHub to monitor performance, track dependencies, and coordinate project milestones throughout the development lifecycle.

How do I prevent deadlocks when running parallel tasks across multiple agents?▼

Prevent deadlocks when running parallel tasks across multiple agents by implementing sophisticated dependency tracking. The swarm coordinator manages logical task ordering and monitors dependencies across domains, ensuring sequential execution gates are met before parallel tasks proceed.

Does this agent orchestration skill enforce a strict project timeline?▼

Yes, this agent orchestration skill enforces a strict 14-week project timeline. It coordinates the v3 implementation across 10 architectural decision records, ensuring the 15-agent swarm completes all phased execution domains on schedule.

What's the best way to orchestrate a v3 implementation across specialized domains?▼

Orchestrate a v3 implementation across specialized domains by deploying a 15-agent hierarchical swarm. This approach coordinates parallel execution across security, core, integration, quality, performance, and deployment domains while following 10 ADRs to maintain architectural constraints.
