High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I generate short-form videos from prompts for social media?▼

To generate short-form videos from prompts, you describe the subject, length, and style of your video. The skill then creates a storyboard and structured prompts to produce 5–60 second clips optimized for platforms like TikTok and Reels.

Can I use Runway or Pika for AI video generation with this workflow?▼

Yes, you can use Runway or Pika as generation backends. The workflow supports multiple backends including MCP video server and Runway, automatically applying an ffmpeg fallback to render platform-ready outputs if no generator is available.

Does this video generation workflow support 9:16 vertical formats for TikTok?▼

Yes, this video generation workflow supports 9:16 and 16:9 formats. It applies platform optimization guides to ensure your 5–60 second AI-created clips are properly formatted for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

What is the best way to storyboard AI videos before generation?▼

The best way to storyboard AI videos is to define your subject, length, and style upfront. This triggers automatic storyboard JSON generation and reference frames, streamlining the video production process for your chosen social media platform.

Do I need an external video generator to create AI videos or is ffmpeg enough?▼

You do not strictly need an external generator as ffmpeg provides a fallback. However, integrating MCP video server, Runway, or Pika enables full AI video generation capabilities, whereas ffmpeg alone handles basic rendering fallback.

Why does my AI video generation fail when no backend is available?▼

AI video generation fails without a backend because it requires a rendering engine. If MCP video server, Runway, or Pika are absent, the workflow applies an ffmpeg fallback to ensure you still get platform-ready video outputs.
