SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill tackles the challenge of understanding the complete attack surface for complex security vulnerabilities, moving beyond scattered research to a unified, structured taxonomy.

Core Features & Use Cases

Comprehensive Taxonomy Generation: Systematically researches and synthesizes findings from diverse sources (CVEs, papers, blogs) into a generalized classification.
Structured Output: Produces deeply structured Markdown documents organized by mutation target, discrepancy type, and attack scenario.
Use Case: When faced with a new or complex vulnerability like HTTP smuggling, this Skill can generate a definitive reference document detailing every known mutation, bypass technique, and exploitable scenario, organized logically for clear understanding.

Quick Start

Build a comprehensive taxonomy of SSRF variations.

Frequently Asked Questions about vulnerability-topic-taxonomy-builder

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I build a comprehensive vulnerability taxonomy for complex attack surfaces like HTTP smuggling?▼

Generate a vulnerability taxonomy by researching diverse sources like CVEs and papers, then synthesizing findings into a structured Markdown document. It organizes variations by mutation target, discrepancy type, and attack scenario.

What is a mutation catalog in penetration testing and how does it map attack scenarios?▼

A mutation catalog systematically classifies vulnerability variations by structural criteria like mutation target and discrepancy type. It maps attack scenarios by synthesizing diverse research sources into a unified, logically organized reference document.

Can I systematically organize SSRF variations and bypass techniques using automated research?▼

Systematically organize SSRF variations by generating a generalized taxonomy from multi-source research. The process synthesizes findings into structured Markdown, categorizing mutations by target, discrepancy, and exploitable scenario.

Does this taxonomy generation approach support iterative refinement based on new security research?▼

Iterative refinement is supported for vulnerability taxonomy generation, allowing enrichment based on new research and user feedback. This ensures the attack surface map stays updated with newly discovered mutations and discrepancy types.

What is the best way to map the full attack surface of a new vulnerability for bug bounty research?▼

The best way to map an attack surface is generating a structured taxonomy that synthesizes CVEs, papers, and blogs. It classifies known mutations and bypass techniques by structural criteria for clear understanding during research.
