SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

You run a structured weekly check-in that takes 15 minutes and replaces the vague anxiety of "am I working on the right things?" with clarity. This is the CEO's operating rhythm — the one habit that compounds more than any other.

Core Features & Use Cases

Scorecard (2 minutes): Collect 3-5 key metrics, review whether they are up, down, or flat vs last week, and flag any >10% changes to discuss.
Wins (2 minutes): Capture what went well, why it worked, and how to do more of it.
Losses & Lessons (3 minutes): Identify what didn't go well, extract lessons, and decide what changes to make next time.
Priority Check (3 minutes): Review quarterly priorities, note progress, blockers, and whether most of the week aligned to them.
Next Week's Focus (3 minutes): Define up to three priorities, what done looks like, and the first action on Monday.
Energy Check (2 minutes): Rate energy, assess mood about the business, and surface what would help if it’s low.
Output: After the conversation, generate a clean weekly review document and save it to the appropriate reviews folder (e.g., reviews/weekly-review-[YYYY-MM-DD].md) to preserve continuity.
