SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Without regular review, memory items accumulate, friction patterns go unnoticed, and autonomy degrades. This skill provides a structured weekly check to surface blockers, extract patterns, and convert insights into actionable skills that raise future performance.

Core Features & Use Cases

Friction pattern extraction from weekly memory
Automatic generation or update of skills to address recurring issues
Autonomy baseline tracking and improvement over time Use case: A product manager uses the loop to identify recurring blockers in planning and translates them into new skills that streamline decision making.

Quick Start

Run the weekly review to collect memory data from the past week, identify friction patterns, and automatically generate or update relevant skills.

Frequently Asked Questions about weekly-self-improve-loop

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I extract friction patterns from my weekly memory data?▼

To extract friction patterns from weekly memory data, you can run a structured weekly review loop that aggregates past memory items, surfaces recurring blockers, and identifies friction patterns for actionable improvement.

What is a weekly review loop for personal autonomy?▼

A weekly review loop for personal autonomy is a structured process that aggregates memory data, surfaces friction patterns, and automatically generates or updates actionable skills to adjust your autonomy baseline over time.

Can I automatically generate skills from recurring blockers and memory items?▼

Yes, you can automatically generate skills from recurring blockers by using a lightweight skill crystallizer during your weekly review, which identifies friction patterns and creates or modifies actionable skills.

How do I track and improve my autonomy baseline over time?▼

You track and improve your autonomy baseline by running a weekly review that surfaces friction patterns and blocked items, converting those insights into actionable skills that systematically raise future performance.

What do I need to set up a weekly self-improvement loop for friction extraction?▼

To set up a weekly self-improvement loop for friction extraction, you need a memory repository, a pattern extraction workflow, and a lightweight skill crystallizer to create or modify skills during the review.

Does a weekly review loop work without a memory repository?▼

No, a weekly review loop does not work without a memory repository because it requires aggregated weekly memory data to accurately surface friction patterns, identify blocked items, and generate actionable skills.
