What problem does it solve?
This Skill removes the common failure modes of one-off professional development by designing sessions that prioritize active teacher engagement, concrete classroom application, and planned follow-up so that practice actually changes. It addresses wasted SCHILF time where participants leave inspired but without a specific, testable classroom plan or accountability to sustain change.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Generates a timed, evidence-aligned session plan that enforces at least 80% active teacher time and limits facilitator exposition to ~20%.
