What problem does it solve?

Run end-to-end validation of all workflows under workflows/tests/, producing a markdown pass/fail report at .wheel/logs/test-run-<timestamp>.md. It classifies workflows into four phases by JSON step types and orchestrates Phase 1 in parallel with back-to-back activate.sh invocations, followed by Phases 2-4 serially via the wheel hooks.

Quick Start

Run every JSON workflow under workflows/tests/ through the real plugin-wheel/bin/activate.sh + hook path, classify each workflow by JSON step type into one of four phases, and emit a timestamped markdown pass/fail report at .wheel/logs/test-run-<UTC-timestamp>.md.
