FAQPage Schema

How do I analyze win/loss data from my CRM exports to improve sales conversion?▼

Win-loss analysis normalizes CRM exports into outcome, ICA segment, stage-at-loss, and loss reason categories to extract quantitative patterns and qualitative root causes that improve future sales conversion rates.

What is the best way to identify which pipeline stage has the highest deal loss rate?▼

Pipeline analysis identifies the kill-zone stage by calculating win rates and loss reason distributions across defined deal stages, pinpointing exactly where deals stall and why they drop out of the pipeline.

Can I use buyer interview transcripts to find the root cause of lost deals?▼

Yes, win-loss analysis processes buyer interview transcripts alongside CRM data to perform qualitative root-cause analysis, categorizing loss reasons and win drivers to build a repeatable sales enablement playbook.
