What problem does it solve?

Scan decomposed WinDAGs for pre-execution failure patterns, timing risks, and shared failure domains so the Executor can decide to proceed, monitor, or escalate to a human before any work is performed.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Two-level scan architecture: Always run a lightweight structured scan and conditionally escalate to a deep analysis when recognition confidence is low or failure patterns are detected.
• Comprehensive risk detection: Detect cascade depth issues, shared failure domains, single points of failure, resource contention, and timing-critical bottlenecks with confidence scores and mitigations.
• Actionable output: Produce a structured PreMortemResult containing scan_level, failure_patterns_found, timing_analysis, resource_analysis, projected cost, and a clear recommendation (PROCEED, ACCEPT_WITH_MONITORING, or ESCALATE_TO_HUMAN) following BC-PLAN-004.

Quick Start

Run windags-premortem on the decomposed DAG to produce a PreMortemResult that includes timing estimates, detected failure patterns, and a go/no-go recommendation before execution.
