What problem does it solve?

This Skill enables teams to systematically capture project work logs and determine when those experiences should be reflected in the resume, ensuring consistent career storytelling.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Structured work-log entries: per-project logs with a defined template to capture background, actions, and outcomes.
  • Single Source of Truth (SSOT): a centralized repository of work data that can feed resume documents (resume.md) and career_portfolio.md.
  • Decision workflow: a clear process to decide whether a log should be reflected in the resume or kept as part of the work-history logs.

Quick Start

Create a new work-log file under docs/career/work-logs/{company}/{YYYY-MM-DD}-{log-name}.md using the provided template, fill in the sections, and then run the resume reflection decision step to determine if it should update the resume.
